Happy new year to all our friends and customers at Manoir du Suquet.
2021 was a quieter than expected but important year for Manoir du Suquet. Our focus was on important renovations, improvements and most importantly a large and beautiful swimming pool. Completed in June, we were able to enjoy the superb Dordogne summer with a view across the valley to the Chateau de Bardou.
In 2022, we are very excited to welcome the Issigeac International Music Academy (https://iimusicacademy.com) from 19 to 26 June. We will be hosting the guests and master-classes with the guidance of Ishani Bhoola and the Piatti Quartet. During the week, there will be 3 concerts in Issigeac showcasing the skills of the teaching faculty.
Unfortunately, we have no room for guests that week, unless you are joining for the academy, but we can encourage you to come and stay nearby at some of the Dordogne’s most delightful B&B’s and Gîtes.
Manoir du Suquet is a unique location for an event. We have room for approximately 30 adults to stay together in a charming estate for a birthday party, family reunion or wedding. Our garden has multiple setting for an outdoor banquet. Or choose to dine in the delightful barn.
